Unfortunately I don’t have full control over the printing process; over a dozen proof copies I’ve ordered throughout the fine-tuning process have all had alignment-related imperfections not present in my source file. I’ve asked KDP what I can do to prevent these, and the answer is “nothing”. It apparently also depends on who is working at the printing shop that day too. The content isn’t affected by this, just aesthetics. Still, sorry.
